Log information
Our web servers record log information, for the purposes of tracking web traffic and troubleshooting errors. Information contained in the logs include IP address, date and time that a web page was requested, and browser information. These logs do not include any personal information.

Account & order information
We do not disclose account information or order information with third party companies or individuals, unless we have your expressed written permission. In you are using CEC Print Solutions as a business reference, we require the requesting company or individual to issue the request to us in writing. This can be done by FAX or regular mail. Once the request is received, we confirm the request with you before releasing any information.

Emails
There is so much junk email flooding the internet these days, the last thing we want to do is make the problem worse. At this time, we do not send out unsolicited emails. Messages sent to you by us are either order confirmation emails, emails responding to a specific business request issued by you, or email reminders concerning a specific business issue, such as a past due invoice or physical stock counts.

Changes to the privacy policy
CEC Print Solutions reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Should changes occur, we will post notifications on our websites stating that our privacy policy has changed. Prior versions of our privacy policy will be made available upon request.
